See All ReviewsI am highly disappointed with my food and experience today. First, while ordering she said she’s outta yum yum sauce. A hibachi place not having yum yum sauce is like taco bell running out of taco sauce. She was also out of the sauce for the egg roll, which she didn’t tell me until I ASKED when she brought my food. Second, I waited 30 minutes for this food. For a place based on takeout, you can’t take 30 mins for rice and 2 egg rolls with no warning 😩 The food itself was NOT IT. . As pictured, the rice in the rice bowl was not evenly cooked/coated and there were little white rice balls throughout. The sauce you see on the bowl is all that comes with it. Past the top layer was dry. The egg rolls were bland and SOOOO greasy. Grease literally shot out when I bit down and the egg rolls came undone 🙃 she put steak sauce with the philly eggrolls & that was disgusting. *deleted the video, i def thought i posted it with no sound If they are going to make it in the food hall, they gotta turn it around.
First of all, HERbachi??? Are you kidding, that’s the most genius name. This spot is in Urban Eats, a shared kitchen spot! Please please please support these restaurant opening dreamers! I got the shrimp bowl, and let’s just say it didn’t come to play. Perfectly cooked shrimp, killer flavor, and served with the confidence of a new brick and mortar opening near you very soon. Loved it! I can’t wait to see their future!
